一、依111年4月27日第4次院務會議決議執行。
1.Passed by the 4th Meeting of the College of Medicine on April 27, 2022
二、適用範圍：本院在學學生均可申請。
2. Eligibility:
Applicants must be students enrolled in Tzu Chi University College of Medicine.
三、本院學生在學期間有下列情形之一者，得依程序申請本獎助金：
1. 在國內、外生物醫學相關會議或研討會進行口頭或壁報論文發表者。
2. 在國際生物醫學相關期刊刊登研究成果者。
3. Students meeting one of the following criteria may apply for the grant:
3-1.Those who make an oral or poster presentation in a biomedical sciences related conference or meeting held in Taiwan or overseas.
3-2. Those who publish papers in the international biomedical sciences journals.
四、補助項目及名額：
1. 獎助金額為3000~10000元，醫學院得視捐贈金額調整獎助名額與獎助金額。
2. 研究獎助範圍以中醫藥相關領域，並以中醫藥與癌症相關領域為優先。
3. 核准時需具備本院學生在學身份者，休學或已畢業者不在獎助對象。
4. The grant:
4-1.The grant amount is in the range of NT$3,000 and NT$10,000. The College may decide on the number of recipients with the grant amount based on circumstances.
4-2. The grant will be provided to reward research endeavors in Chinese medicine, especially Chinese medicine and cancer research.
4-3. Applicants must be enrolled in the College at the time of approval. Those who are taking leave of absence or have graduated are not eligible.
五、申請時間：每學期開學第四週結束前提出申請。

The end of the fourth week after the first day of classes in each semester.

Conference or seminar agenda which must be within one year of the application date (File name: Your name – Conference or seminar title)
2-3.論文摘要 (檔名:姓名-論文摘要)
Abstract (File name: Your name – Paper title)
2-4.論文成果發表接受函或邀請通知或有申請者姓名之議程或論文本體(檔名:姓名-接受函或邀請通知或議程或論文)
Acceptance letter, invitation letter, agenda containing the applicant’s name, or a full text of the paper (File name: Your name – Acceptance letter, invitation letter, agenda, or paper).
2-5.指導教授推薦理由(可用照片圖檔上傳) (檔名:姓名-指導教授推薦信)
Letter of recommendation from your faculty advisor. You may upload the electronic file. (File name: Your name – Letter of recommendation).
2-6.論述本研究貢獻或重要成果(一頁為限) (檔名:姓名-貢獻或重要成果)
Summary of the research for major contributions or findings (one page maximum) (File name: Your name – major contributions or findings).
2-7.其他有助申請文件：如海報論文等 (檔名:姓名–海報論文)
Other document(s), such as the poster text of a published paper. (File name: Poster title).
